Wednesday, June 2nd, 2010It’s one hell of a mystery of nature and only one out of 10k ROOS has it…white fur! From these few only 0,01% survive, ’cause they get outcasted by their mates. One of these fellas is living in Germany in a reservation for animals called Arhöna. He’s all alone, so KangaROOS decided to sponsor a female ROO to make this fellow creature happy!

SNEAKERNESS Cologne is history but Zurich is already waiting…
Monday, April 26th, 2010Two weeks ago the SNEAKERNESS, convention for sneakerculture, took place in Cologne and was quite a success as about 1500 guests at the 1.200m² Eventloft of the EXPO XXI traded and danced their shoes off…and now, just 6 weeks to go, next SNEAKERNESS will be ready to open it’s gates in Zurich. The location is an old massive and impressive rail station and logically the ROOS will be part of it again! Date is June 5th, so get your flight- our train- or whatever-tickets and see you there!

Sneak-bombing at SNEAKERNESS
Thursday, April 8th, 2010Here we go with another round in the endless battle between Cologne and (not so) fellow Rhine Metropolis Duesseldorf. Mercilessly fired by SNEAKERNESS and down-and-dirty presented by Molotow and Graffiti Magazine local heroes Kayone and Sair 4 meet up with Pleasure P and Omega a.k.a. half of the infamous Duesseldorf institution Pleasure Gang. The mission is as easy as stylistically hard to crack and goes a little something like this:
Part 1: Grab your trainers and give ‘em the best ever marker-treatment. Do it like you never did it before!
Part 2: Show that you’re no fool with the can and transfer your Footwear-Artwork on Canvas.
Part 3: Dog eat dog – there can only be one winner!

The Skateboarding and Streetwear Tradeshow was a nice option for the Shoes with Pockets to show the new oldschool Heritages to the people. This short Recap exposes the Variety of the presented products at BRIGHT. Next show will take place in Berlin by the way, in the original Stasi Headquartes!
